Genuous, Inc. "Global Focus, Local
Foundation"
We are an energetic,
technically oriented ISP/Web development company with our eyes on the Broadband Wireless
Access market. Our markets are niche and rural.
Genuous means, as we like to say, "ever evolving". We seek
funding with a private
investment/venture capital firm that thinks the way we do, that
the Internet is quickly outgrowing 56K dial-up. Several broadband services
do not suite the needs of the SOHO and SMB customer, but with an innovative
approach to deployment, service and customer relations, providing secure,
efficient and high-quality BWA systems we will gain market share and keep our customers satisfied for
years to come. If interested in hearing more
about Genuous, Inc. and our plans to move into this market, please contact
Scott Woods, CEO of Genuous, Inc. at PO Box 311, Clare MI, 48617, or phone 989-386-3587, or scott@genuous.net.

AccessBig
AccessBIG is a computer
integration and consulting firm specializing in Network integration for
equipment and wireless connectivity. Currently the major focus of the
company is the providing of Internet connectivity by a wireless network
for the residences for the City of Naperville and surrounding areas.
The network currently enters the Internet through an independent
connection by way of another competing company. Because of the costs,
reliability and the lack of versatility in making the connections with the
current connecting company, an agreement has been made with WorldCom/MCI.
This connection will greatly enhance, not only our services, but provide a
larger backbone than any other privately owned Internet service in the
Midwest. It will allow greater uninhibited performance than anybody else
at any time of day.
The “global broadband wireless” market could
generate revenues in excess of $10 billion by 2003. Broadband subscribers
will increase from 230,000 in 2000 to 3.86 million in 2003 with an annual
growth over 500 percent per year. These statistics are generated from
numerous sources from Stanley, Dean Witter to various magazines and
on-line sources.
Naperville, Illinois has about 140,000
residents, two school districts and several colleges. Naperville is one of
10 surrounding municipalities that sent a letter to Ameritech complaining
that Ameritech has not made significant efforts to bring high speed
Internet to their communities. If one source supplier had the
ability to expand throughout the area ahead of the others, they could
obtain the significant market share.
The surrounding communities
together total well over one half million people. These towns expect
it to be years before they get the high speed Internet without the help of
accessBIG coming to their community. Naperville is above average income
considering the norm for a home costs over $180,000. The average household
income is over $50,000. Almost 70 percent of the residents connect to the
Internet. Almost another 70 percent of the people work out of their homes
on a regular basis. This community is in the heart of the State of
Illinois High Technology Research and Development Corridor. Currently
broadband is available to less than 10 percent of the residential
consumers in Illinois.
To provide the concept of wireless
services, a pre market model was established in the deployment of mini
cells throughout the area. The interest generated by the customers for the
availability of service demonstrated the markets willingness to obtain
these types of services. All promotions were grass roots efforts. No
advertising other than the word of mouth was provided. Over 400 requests
for service were received in the first month.
The company has been
service customers via fixed wireless loops since October of 2001.

Light Link Broadband LLC
Light Link Broadband is a high speed wireless internet access provider
serving the State of Utah. Since its inception in December of 2001, we have
experienced a great degree of growth. There is more demand then our company
can currently handle as we have chosen to take on very little debt. We have
signed city wide backhaul contracts with several cities and are meeting with
the Governor of the State of Utah in February of 2004 to discuss rolling out
a state wide backhaul for rural access. We would like to talk with other
companies and finance capitalists to discuss funding alternatives for
research on our infrastructure and continual growth.
Please contact me using the information below so that I may discuss this
matter in further detail with other Wireless ISP executives and venture
capitalists.
